What areas of the UK do you cover?
We are based in Alderley Edge, in the heart of Cheshire and mainly cover Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Derbyshire, but have clients across the North West and UK.
What can you do?
Inside we can decorate large staircases, fireplaces and doorways with bespoke, hand-crafted garlands and wreaths, Install real or artificial Christmas trees, dress and set dining tables, and create floral displays to enhance tables and window ledges to any theme or colour.
Externally we can illuminate the building with large bulb lights, use wreaths on gable ends, doors and gates, install lit potted Spruce or Fir trees to either side of the front door and install illuminated and decorated garlands to enhance the buildings architectural features and focal points.
How does it work?
Upon booking a consultation we will visit your home or business to get to see what decorations would best suit and compliment your space, style and architectural features. We will then provide you with a written, itemised quote usually within 24 hours along with an external mock up visual, showing the proposed scheme.
Upon acceptance of the quote we will then design, plan and install with the highest attention to detail and the upmost care and minimal disruption, at a time convenient to yourselves.
Once the festive season is over we carefully remove decorations returning your property to its previous condition with minimum disruption.
Our installations are fully inclusive of installation and take down with decorations supplied on a rental basis, this has a number of benefits to the customer; firstly you may be living in rented accommodation and just need to hire a scheme for one year - we can decorate your rented home until your dream home is found! Renting also gives you the opportunity to change your colour scheme each year and unlike many of our competitors all of our installations are unique to each individual client. Additionally the condition of stock is our responsibility, this ensures that you have the highest of quality decorations over the Christmas period and saves you the hassle of replacing damaged or deteriorated decorations.
Are there any additional charge's for storage?
No, the quoted price is fully inclusive. This not only saves you precious storage space in your home of large and bulky decorations for 11 months of the year but also saves the hassle and time consuming job or retrieving decorations from cold lofts and basements in December and again replacing them in January.
When should I book my decorating job?
As soon as you know you’d like to use our services you should contact us for a consultation. The earlier you book, the more choice of installation dates you will have. There is only a relatively short installation period and we naturally have a limit on the amount of customers we can accept. During November we install to our commercial clients with residential homes starting at the end of November through to December.
Can we decide when we want everything taking down?
At the time of booking we will discuss your preferences for when you want everything taking down. Again, the earlier you book, the more choice of take down dates you will have.
Who uses a services like this?
We decorate both residential and commercial properties. Our commercial clients are often very busy over the Christmas period and want to impress their visitors and customers, we can decorate any premises and can offer a beautiful theme to compliment any building.
Our 'typical' residential customer is someone who doesn’t want to deal with the hassle of decorating but wants a beautiful looking home for the festive period. Our customers are typically owners of larger homes or estates and our service appeals to higher income households of business people and sport, TV and music celebrities.
I’m private about my home and not keen on having strangers in my home?
We are very discreet and respectful, which has earned us such a high end client list. We try to ensure as little disruption as possible and typically work in teams on every install so that it can be completed in as short a time as possible with the largest of installs normally being completed within two days. Our staff are also DBS checked (previously CRB) for your peace of mind.
Is there likely to be any damage to the building if installing exterior lights or decorations?
We do need some form of fixing for exterior lights and decorations so we will need to attach fixings. We are however very conscious about making the minimum impact wherever possible.
Will I need any electrical work carried out on my home before an installation?
If your home has external power then probably not, we can lead extensions from under a garage door or where necessary use battery powered lighting. If you choose to or if required necessary we can arrange the installation of external power by a qualified and insured NICEIC electrician.
Do I need to be home for the installation?
No, we often work hand in hand with estate managers, housekeepers, personal assistants and security personnel so that you can carry on with your usual routine and arrive home after the installation is complete with the minimum of disruption.
What happens if there are any problems?
In the unlikely event of any issues we will come out to rectify the issue, it is however highly unlikely that this will happen due to the high quality LED lights used.
How do the lights turn on and off?
All lights can be fitted with timers so that they will light up to suit you, we will do this at the point of installation.
Where do your real Christmas Trees come from and what happens to them after the festive period?
All of our real Christmas trees are of the highest quality and are sourced from sustainable UK farms approved by the British Christmas Tree Growers' Association (BCTGA). After the festive period the trees are removed by us and taken for recycling.
